{"id":584,"date":"2012-09-06T16:37:50","date_gmt":"2012-09-06T20:37:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.carleyphotography.com\/photoblog\/?p=584"},"modified":"2015-08-02T11:03:09","modified_gmt":"2015-08-02T15:03:09","slug":"first-cubs-game","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/carleyphotography.com\/blog\/first-cubs-game\/","title":{"rendered":"First Cubs Game"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>About a week after Maggie was born, my dad came out to Connecticut to meet her. \u00a0After the oohs and ahs were said and the delivery story was told, the very next thing we spoke about was the Cubs. \u00a0Specifically, &#8220;when are we going to take Maggie to her first Cubs game?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>You see, Big Daddy is a life long <a href=\"http:\/\/chicago.cubs.mlb.com\/index.jsp?c_id=chc\" target=\"_blank\">Cubs<\/a> fan and raised me as one also. \u00a0When Pete asked for my hand in marriage, my dad said &#8220;yes&#8221; with a few conditions.
